Who We Are

CodeFlippers is a Canadian software company based in Ottawa, Ontario. We build SBM Portal, an all-in-one business management platform for small and medium service businesses — the shops, salons, clinics, and contractors that run on appointments.

We started CodeFlippers because the tools available to these businesses were either too simple to run a real operation or too expensive and complex to be worth it. SBM Portal is our answer: one dashboard for the whole business, priced for a single-location shop and capable enough for multi-branch teams.

What SBM Portal Does

SBM Portal brings the daily work of a service business into one place:

  • Online booking with real-time availability and staff schedules
  • Customer records, loyalty tiers, and complete service history
  • Estimates, work orders, invoicing, and online payment collection through your own Stripe or Square account
  • An optional public storefront with guest checkout for products and services
  • Automatic SMS and email appointment reminders
  • Reports on revenue, busy days, top services, and customer trends

The platform serves auto repair shops, salons and barbershops, pet groomers and veterinarians, home service providers, health and wellness practitioners, and professional consultants — any business that takes appointments.

How We Work

We are a small, product-focused team. We ship improvements continuously, answer our own support email, and treat data protection as a feature: admin accounts enforce two-factor authentication, payment credentials are stored encrypted, and each business's data is fully isolated from every other tenant on the platform.
